We tell people we’re working on it, but we’re not even sure what that would look like. People say it’s all in your mind but if that’s true, why does your blood pressure rise, face flush, and rationality go out the window? What if it’s not your brain getting you into trouble, but your body? And if that’s true, how do you keep the way you feel from overpowering how you think?
