They’re bright spots in our day; stuff that makes us happy and enables us to push through. But sometimes we come to lean on it a little too much. We move from liking it to needing it. In fact, we get really upset if we have to go without it. When does a hobby or habit become an addiction? Would you even be able to tell if it crossed that line? And if it had, would you be willing to face it and do something about it?
